How it is used

To assess feasibility, respond to inquiries, and coordinate engineering discussions. Marketing needs your separate consent.

The final policy will define retention periods, access controls, service-provider boundaries, cross-border processing, and incident response.

Before launch we will confirm the channels for access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent.

Product notifications and inquiries

• Before you sign in, the products you have asked to be notified about are stored as product codes in the current browser so the page can remember the state. They sync to your account when you sign in, and the browser copy is cleared. Turning notifications off does not cancel a request you already submitted.
• Product notifications are off until you turn them on. We record the product, opt-in time and language. When you are signed in, we send launch and availability notices to your verified account email; when you are not, we send them to the address you gave us on the product card. Either way the scope is limited to launch and availability for that product, and it does not enroll you in marketing emails. Turn them off at any time with the notification toggle on the product card in your wishlist, and every notification email carries a one-click unsubscribe link that needs no sign-in. Delivery records are retained for verification and duplicate prevention.
• When you subscribe without signing in, we record the time, the IP address and browser identifier used, and the applicable privacy policy version at the moment you leave your email, as the evidence of your consent, along with the address, the product, the language and the page you signed up from. The subscription takes effect immediately and we email that address a receipt saying which product you signed up for, when, and from which page. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, plus a separate link for “I did not sign up — remove and block this address for good”. Once you unsubscribe we add the address to a suppression list, so it will not restart because someone else enters it; blocking it also excludes the address from notices for every one of our products. If one address has both an account subscription and a guest subscription, a launch sends one email, not two.
• Inquiries store the contact name, reply email, product and quantity, requirements, any optional timing, buyer type, location and phone details, and necessary source information. Authorized support and sales staff handle requests; access to contact details is permission-controlled.
• A guest inquiry does not automatically create an account or enable product notifications — subscribing is a separate step that you take yourself on the product card. We use your email to handle the inquiry. If you later create an account with the same email and verify it, you can view that email’s requests in your account.
